Let’s discuss images, measurements, and ideas.
I welcome thoughtful conversations with researchers, engineers, students, and teams working with biological images, microscopy data, or scientific computer vision.
Good reasons to write
My core expertise is image processing for biological and microscopy data: turning complex images into reliable measurements, interpretable visualisations, and robust analysis workflows.
I am particularly interested in:
- biological image analysis, cell segmentation, tracking, detection, and counting;
- fluorescence, TIRF, quantitative phase imaging, and multimodal microscopy;
- density-map estimation, deep learning, and foundation models for scientific images;
- reproducible validation, scientific software, and image-analysis pipelines;
- interdisciplinary collaborations, technical exchanges, and scientific talks.
Help me understand your question
In your message, please briefly describe the scientific or engineering problem, the imaging modality and data involved, and the kind of discussion or collaboration you have in mind. Relevant papers, images, repositories, or project links are always helpful.
